Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, handling inquiries, and ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. You will play a critical role during our busiest season, contributing to the satisfaction of our customers by making sure their orders are accurately placed and handled with care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer orders received via fax, mail, or email into our order entry system quickly and accurately.

  • Transcribe paper orders into the system with high attention to detail.

  • Receive calls from customers placing holiday orders and accurately enter the details while speaking with them.

  • Assist customers with selecting items, answering questions, and providing product recommendations with a friendly, professional attitude.

  • Handle returns, issue credits, and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

  • Participate in a team-wide effort to ensure accuracy by double-checking orders entered by others.

  • Use company resources to answer customer inquiries—no memorization required

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service or data entry experience.

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office Excel is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills—friendly and helpful is a must

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially during the holiday rush.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to enter data efficiently and correctly.

  • Experience in customer service or data entry is a plus, but not required—training is provided

Work Schedule:

  • Seasonal role, available until the end of 2024.

  • Overtime during peak holiday periods, with the opportunity to earn holiday bonuses.



Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
