Upscale Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage the front-of-house team and ensure quality execution
  • Work side-by-side with the team as a coach and mentor, providing the necessary training for all team members to advance their careers
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory, and ordering for the bar, and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure the dining room is kept clean, organized, and following health department standards


Upscale Restaurant Manager Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in a Restaurant Manager role
  • Experience managing a high-volume upscale restaurant
  • Confident working in all areas of FOH operations
  • Previous bartending and Luxury Hotel experience are preferred
