Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Location: Verona, NJ

About the Opportunity:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to partner with a dynamic healthcare organization in Verona, NJ, in search of a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join their high-volume, fast-paced facility. Supporting a team of over 10 providers, this role offers the chance to make a real difference in patient care while developing your clinical skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Schedule:

  • Flexible hours between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • May require one evening shift per week and one weekend shift

  • Shift differential of $2+ per hour for any hours worked after 6 PM or on weekends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist providers by delivering high-quality patient care, including taking vital signs, patient history, and preparing patients for exams

  • Maintain efficient patient flow in a busy, fast-paced environment to support timely service

  • Perform clinical tasks such as administering injections, collecting lab specimens, and preparing and cleaning exam rooms

  • Accurately document patient information and procedures in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

Requirements:

  • Certification as an RMA, CMA, or CCMA

  • At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting

  • Experience with Athena EMR preferred, though familiarity with any EMR system will be considered

  • Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care preferred; candidates with other specialties are welcome
