**Position Overview:**
As the Senior Manager of Accounting, you will play a critical role in overseeing the accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. You will lead a team of accounting professionals, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and contribute to the strategic financial planning and decision-making process within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis to drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely completion of audits and addressing any findings.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience with a focus in financial services, real estate, or renewable energy industries.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a high-performing team.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
