RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to cover a maternity leave at a respected hospital in Doylestown, PA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a licensed pharmacist with a background in inpatient settings to make a meaningful impact on patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily inpatient pharmacy duties, including medication dispensing, verification, and adjustments.
  • Review and manage patient medication orders for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and ensure patient safety.
  • Provide clinical consultations and support to the healthcare team.

Shift:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am -4:30pm
  • 32 hours/week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday required; may choose between Tuesday or Thursday
Requirements:
  • Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years in an inpatient pharmacy setting
  • Strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in managing medication orders for hospital patients
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
  • Knowledge on TJC standards
  • Comfortable with excel spreadsheets
  • Ordering lab work
