    *Job Summary*
    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients, assisting with daily living activities while ensuring their comfort and safety. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and inpatient facilities. The Nursing Assistant will work closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to promote the well-being of patients, particularly those with developmental disabilities, geriatrics, or behavioral health needs.

    *Responsibilities*
    * Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
    * Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
    * Provide support to patients with developmental disabilities by fostering independence and dignity.
    * Assist in mobility by helping patients lift or move as necessary while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
    * Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control policies.
    * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
    * Support the nursing team in various tasks related to patient care within the clinic or hospital setting.
    * Engage with patients in a compassionate manner to provide emotional support and encouragement.

    *Requirements*
    * Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
    * Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
    * Knowledge of patient service principles and practices within geriatrics or behavioral health settings is advantageous.
    * Ability to lift and assist patients safely while following proper techniques.
    * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
    * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
    * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.
