Located in East Windsor, New Jersey, the role involves offering support to our management and visitors, handling a variety of office tasks, and providing assistance through various communication channels. This role presents a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
• Execute office tasks efficiently and with a detail-oriented approach
• Support management and visitors with various needs
• Maintain detail-oriented correspondence through email
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various tasks
• Coordinate reservations or travel arrangements as needed
• Maintain a positive and helpful presence in the workplace
• Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating a detail oriented and friendly demeanor
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and resolution of issues
• Strong data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed
• Experience in email correspondence, effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and formula application
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing tasks
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, creating engaging presentations and reports
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word for drafting documents, letters, and memos
