We are seeking a dedicated Operations Specialist to become an integral part of our team located in East Windsor, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various operational procedures, managing inventory, and coordinating with external stakeholders. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company

• Responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of inventory management

• Ensure proper ordering and maintenance of operational supplies and equipment

• Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency

• Oversee and guide the operations team to achieve company objectives

• Implement administrative processes and procedures to streamline operations

• Provide administrative assistance and manage administrative tasks

• Conduct data reporting and keep accurate records of operational activities

• Regularly review and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Conduct employee training to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

• Proficiency in employee training and development, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in providing administrative assistance to streamline business processes.
• Expertise in administrative management, with a proven track record of managing and improving office systems.
• Familiarity with administrative procedures, including planning, decision-making, and process improvement.
• Strong proficiency in data reporting and analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with a focus on working in cross-functional teams and fostering a cooperative work environment.
• Experience in KPI reporting, with an ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
