Key Responsibilities:
Process Payroll Data: Utilize internal systems to manage manual check requests and ensure accurate employee payments.
Collaborate with Multiple Teams: Work with internal and external contacts to resolve payroll issues.
Analyze Payroll Discrepancies: Review statements from management and resolve discrepancies while handling wage plans for union and non-union employees.
Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Juggle multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Adapt as Needed: Be ready to adjust your schedule for overtime or to accommodate changes in business needs.
What You Bring:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Basic skills in Excel and Access for data entry are ideal.
Attention to Detail: Ability to handle payroll data accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
Typing and Calculator Skills: A typing speed of 40+ words per minute and proficiency with a 10-key calculator.
Problem-Solving Skills: An analytical mindset to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Flexibility & Commitment: Willingness to work outside the regular schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay Details: 14.85 to 18.80 per hour
