  • Analyze Payroll Discrepancies: Review statements from management and resolve discrepancies while handling wage plans for union and non-union employees.

  • Adapt as Needed: Be ready to adjust your schedule for overtime or to accommodate changes in business needs.

What You Bring:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Basic skills in Excel and Access for data entry are ideal.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to handle payroll data accurately while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.

  • Typing and Calculator Skills: A typing speed of 40+ words per minute and proficiency with a 10-key calculator.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: An analytical mindset to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.

  • Flexibility & Commitment: Willingness to work outside the regular schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay Details: 14.85 to 18.80 per hour
