Job Title: Payroll Processing Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Processing Associate to join our team. As a Payroll Processing Associate, you will be responsible for processing payroll data and maintaining confidentiality in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll data and maintain confidentiality in a team environment.
  • Utilize UPS systems for time and labor management and other applications.
  • Communicate effectively regarding payroll issues and analyze management statements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with a 10-key calculator and typing (40+ WPM).
  • Work flexible hours, including potential overtime, based on business needs.
Requirements:
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access (data entry focus).
  • Previous payroll experience preferred but not required; similar experience will be considered.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • High energy, dependability, and a positive attitude are essential.
