We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Professional to join our team at BrightStar Care of Morris & Essex County. As a Home Health Aide, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in the comfort of their own homes, providing personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Daily Tasks: Help clients with feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and providing transportation to doctor appointments and outdoor activities.
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, and assisting with measurements.
  • Document Observed Changes: Record any changes in client condition and report to the Director of Nursing.

Requirements:

  • Successful Completion of a Home Health Aide Program: Have completed a recognized Home Health Aide training program.
  • Minimum of One Year of Documented Healthcare Experience: Have at least one year of experience in healthcare, unless participating in an approved Mentor Program.
