Pay: $19 with pay increase up to $21 once perm

Description:
Mortgage Support-
Responsible for ensuring that all closing conditions, laid out by the lender or their investor, are met after signing and that all transactions disburse timely and as scheduled. The Mortgage Support will also process or service loan documentation and support, ensuring that all work has been completed and departmental deadlines have been met. This is a great entry level opportunity with our client. You will be stacking packages, scanning documents and packages, and overseeing any other general administrative skillsets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma minimum required proof
Associate or Bachelors Degree a plus but not required - will take equal professional experience
Experience:
6+ months is minimum of related experience
Experience including retail, food industry (not fast food) and any other hospitality-type is welcomed.
The client is looking for someone who can be present, do the work, and be reliable consistently

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
