Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Part Time Customer Service Representative in NORWALK, Connecticut. This role is within the industry of customer service, and will entail tasks such as managing customer inquiries, maintaining membership portfolios, and handling member events.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and record customer credit applications
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed
• Manage the fulfillment of the pilot adopted animal program, including the creation of personalized certificates and cards
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls a day, providing information on memberships and triaging the calls as required
• Assist with processing gift memberships, ensuring they are correctly entered into the system, printed, and dispatched
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.• Applicant must be available for part-time work.
• Role requires no previous job experience.
• The candidate should have the ability to handle inbound calls effectively.
• Strong customer service skills are a must.
• Proficiency in data entry is required.
• The applicant must have excellent communication skills.
• The candidate should be able to multitask and manage time effectively.
