Day-to-Day Duties:
- Further knowledge of sales/customer service
- Assisting in customer retention and customer support
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring customer accounts
- Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer service and customer satisfaction
- Monitoring customer accounts and sales
- Assisting customers with all aspects of sales and service
- Process sales and service orders
- Training current sales and marketing reps
- Progressing from the sales and customer service representative role
