The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of rebate programs, vendor agreements, and have a proven track record in audit management.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of accounting professionals to efficiently review and analyze multiple years of vendor rebate data.

• Thoroughly examine vendor agreements to identify and validate rebate terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria.

• Analyze rebate data to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential errors in invoicing or reconciliation processes.

• Review invoices to ensure that rebates have been correctly calculated, invoiced, and credited to the client's account.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring their effective performance and timely delivery of audit objectives.

• Prepare comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and any identified issues.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or audit roles, with a strong focus on rebate programs and vendor agreements.

• Proven ability to manage and lead teams of accounting professionals.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).

• Prior experience in auditing vendor rebates is highly preferred.
