We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced FOH restaurant leader on behalf of our client. If you are polished, professional, and have the expertise to manage operations and lead teams effectively, we’d love to connect with you.

FOH Restaurant Leader Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service in every interaction, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
  • Train, coach, and guide team members, fostering accountability and supporting professional growth.
  • Create a positive team environment by building respectful, supportive relationships.
  • Lead proactively, taking ownership of operations and managing costs with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications and Benefits:

  • 5+ years as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant, excelling in a fast-paced setting, upholding standards, exceeding expectations, and building strong relationships.
