Requirements and Responsibilities for Restaurant General Managers:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager is required
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team in a collaborative environment
  • Surpass guest expectations to create outstanding dining experiences
  • Drive sales and enhance profitability in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Identify and resolve challenges efficiently, with a focus on solutions
