Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Inventory Specialist in St. Louis, MO. In this role, candidates will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the timely distribution and tracking of materials.
 
Title: Inventory Specialist
Type: Temp to hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (CST) - 100% on-site
 
Compensation: $19.00 per/hour
 
Job Description:
  • Accurately record and maintain inventory levels, ensuring all data is up-to-date in our inventory management system.
  • Receive, process, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of orders.
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain thorough records of inventory transactions, including receipts, usage, and stock adjustments.
  • Work closely with the transportation team to coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Address and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate inventory reports and provide insights and recommendations for improving inventory accuracy and efficiency.
 
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.


Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
