We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager with a proven track record in managing and optimizing large-scale digital advertising campaigns. This role requires expertise in client-facing communication, a deep understanding of telecommunications (telecom) industry dynamics, and the ability to deliver measurable results through strategic paid media initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to drive business growth and enhance brand presence through effective paid media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


Strategy Development & Execution:

  • Design and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic channels, and emerging platforms.
  • Tailor campaigns to align with the telecom industry’s unique needs, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) like lead generation, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of paid media campaigns, ensuring they meet performance goals and budget constraints.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Client Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for telecom clients, providing regular performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment on objectives and consistent delivery of value.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and proprietary dashboards.
  • Generate actionable insights from data, creating detailed reports for clients and internal stakeholders.


Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Proven expertise in managing campaigns within the telecommunications sector or similar industries.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic tools (e.g., The Trade Desk), and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Excel.

Client-Facing Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex data for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships in a high-pressure environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with telecom-specific marketing challenges, such as driving customer loyalty and increasing ARPU (Average Revenue Per User).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
