Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Waste Management Specialist to join our team at Valet Living. As an Apartment Trash Collector (Service Valet), you will be responsible for transporting trash bags collected from residents' doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor at the apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer to transport trash bags.
  • Take required photos using our company's App during service.
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Adapt to changing weather conditions and work both indoors and outdoors.
  • Lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Walk the distance of the property and be exposed to disagreeable odors.
  • Climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • A reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name (or listed as a driver on policy) for your vehicle.
  • Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app.
