We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the education sector, specifically within a university setting, for a Project Assistant. This role primarily involves customer service, data management, and organization within a 100% on-site environment. The dress code for this position is business casual.


Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to address inquiries and concerns

• Managing and organizing files in a systematic manner

• Ensuring efficient data entry for accurate record keeping

• Overseeing timelines to ensure tasks are completed within the stipulated period

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook for data management and communication

• Assisting with the coordination of schedules

• Adhering to a do not call list to respect customer preferences

• Scanning documents as part of the data management process

• Facilitating the training process by providing necessary vehicle information in a timely manner.

• Applicant must have a strong background in customer service, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing timelines effectively is crucial for this role, as the Project Assistant will be responsible for coordinating various tasks and projects.
• The ability to organize files systematically and efficiently is required, as the role involves handling a significant amount of documentation.
• Proficiency in scanning documents, and familiarity with different scanning software and equipment is necessary.
