HR Generalist

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in the Healthcare/NHS industry based in Manassas, Virginia. This role is primarily onsite and requires the HR Generalist to be responsible for a range of tasks including recruitment, benefits administration, and occasionally assisting with payroll duties.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate full cycle recruiting activities such as job posting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
• Oversee new hire orientations to familiarize new employees with company policies and procedures
• Administer benefits, ensuring all employees understand their options and any changes made
• Assist with payroll duties as needed to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time
• Utilize HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems effectively for various HR tasks
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Utilize MS Office for various administrative tasks and communications
• Ensure smooth operation of all HR functions using various HR management systems
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing
• Engage in corporate recruiting to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role within the Healthcare/NHS industry• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now
• Experience in Benefit Functions, including administration and management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of compliance procedures and regulations within the Healthcare/NHS industry
• Experience in managing Employee Relations
• Practical understanding of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management System
• Ability to use Human resources software effectively
• Experience in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems
• Proven experience in Corporate Recruiting
• Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting
• Proficiency in using ADP for Payroll processes.
