Administrative Tax Coordinator

LHH is seeking a Tax Administrative Associate that reviews both physical and digital tax documents to identify the necessary materials for preparing 1040 tax returns. This role involves scanning paper documents, uploading client files to the firm's storage system, and organizing electronic binders. Additional tasks will be assigned as required.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Examining client tax documents, both physical and digital, to determine which items are needed for 1040 tax filing.

  • Organizing and preparing paper tax documents following established procedures.

  • Scanning and uploading paper tax documents into the firm’s document management system.

  • Creating electronic binders and uploading necessary documents to the firm’s software for organization.

  • Staying updated on tax document handling, binder creation, and scanning protocols.

  • Safeguarding the confidentiality of client tax records.



Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
