Position Overview
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be at the heart of our client's operations, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Employee Standards: Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, ensuring they align with overall values and mission.
- Benefits Enhancement: Manage and improve employee benefits programs, ensuring that our client's offerings meet the needs of their diverse workforce.
- Talent Management: Lead their talent acquisition efforts from sourcing candidates to onboarding, creating a seamless experience for new hires.
- Safety Advocate: Champion initiatives that promote a safe and psychologically supportive work environment, reflecting their commitment to caring for their people.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Direct the talent acquisition process to attract individuals who excel in their strengths.
- Develop HR strategies that align with their business goals across all locations.
- Foster a positive work culture that treats each employee as an individual and supports their career aspirations.
- Conduct regular visits to various company locations to connect with employees personally.
- Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance at all levels.
- Provide management with insightful HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Address employee relations issues effectively and constructively.
- Identify training needs and oversee development initiatives that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager with a strong understanding of organizational dynamics.
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- A commitment to ethical standards and employee well-being.
A bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
