Job DescriptionThe Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing employee standards and procedures, refining them to align with the company's values and mission. This includes managing and improving employee benefits programs to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
The successful candidate will lead talent acquisition efforts from sourcing candidates to onboarding, creating a seamless experience for new hires. A bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
