About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, ensuring they align with our overall values and mission. You will also manage and improve employee benefits programs, leading talent acquisition efforts from sourcing candidates to onboarding, creating a seamless experience for new hires.

Main Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Direct the talent acquisition process to attract individuals who excel in their strengths, fostering a positive work culture that treats each employee as an individual and supports their career aspirations.
• HR Strategies: Develop HR strategies that align with our business goals across all locations, providing management with insightful HR metrics to support decision-making.
• Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues effectively and constructively, identifying training needs and overseeing development initiatives that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
• Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance at all levels, conducting regular visits to various company locations to connect with employees personally.
