Job Details



Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee the construction of healthcare facilities, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring that all tasks are carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.
  • Review project plans and specifications, providing input and guidance to ensure that all aspects of the project are feasible and achievable.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication at all times.
  • Ensure that all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports, updating stakeholders on project progress, issues, and solutions.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on healthcare construction and hospital projects.
  • Experience with Renovations, Expansions, and Addition projects; Senior Living project experience is a huge bonus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and completing complex construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • A commitment to health and safety, with a thorough understanding of construction safety regulations.
