We are in search of a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our thriving team in the retail industry, based in Miami, Florida. This role is centered around providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries resolved. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:


• Engage with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and text, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

• Utilize customer relationship management tools to document customer interactions, research inquiries, and issue replacements.

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our business to provide top-tier customer service.

• Be proactive in identifying the root cause of customer inquiries, using probing questions to determine the most suitable solution.

• Manage and update internal computer applications and systems regularly.

• Maintain a positive attitude and bring a sense of enthusiasm to work daily.

• Prepare reports on products or services by collecting and analyzing customer information.

• Balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers.

• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear diction, tone, and proper grammar usage.

• Show a proficiency in explaining complex, step-by-step processes to customers over the phone.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls efficiently and effectively.
• Prior experience in a call center, focusing on customer service.
• Demonstrable customer service skills, including the ability to manage and respond to different customer needs and expectations.
• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with email correspondence, including professional communication and response management.
• Capability to manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars and coordinate logistics.
