About Us:

A well-known company located in Lancaster, TX, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Engineer to provide professional services focusing on engineering and/or architecture in all aspects of healthcare delivery processes and systems. The successful candidate will ensure the appropriate infrastructure, facilities, and equipment are available to support the medical mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering and architectural expertise in healthcare delivery systems, ensuring efficient design, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure.
• Ensure all facilities and equipment meet safety standards and support medical operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve engineering systems that support healthcare delivery.
• Identify areas for improvement in infrastructure and processes and implement engineering solutions.
• Provide support in the design, modification, and maintenance of building systems, utilities, and equipment related to healthcare.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• One Program Accredited by ABET or 2 include differential and integral calculus and courses in 5 of the following seven areas of engineering science or physics:
oStatics and Dynamics
oStrength of Materials (stress-strain relationships)
oFluid Mechanics / Hydraulics
oThermodynamics
oElectrical Fields and Circuits
oNature and Properties of Materials
oAny comparable area of fundamental engineering science or physics (e.g., optics, heat transfer, soil mechanics, or electronics).
• Must read, understand, speak, and write English fluently.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 and 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Monday through Friday
