Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

We are seeking a dedicated and certified BCBA to join our team for a district-wide position supporting students across K-12 near Millington,Oregon. As a BCBA, you will work closely with staff, students, and families to design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to improve student outcomes in both academic and social settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and other staff to support students with behavioral needs.
  • Provide direct services and consultation for students K-12.
  • Conduct data analysis and track student progress to modify plans as needed.
  • Provide staff training on behavior management strategies and interventions.
  • Communicate regularly with families to ensure consistency in behavior strategies between home and school.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold current BCBA certification through the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
  • Experience working with students in a K-12 setting.
  • Strong skills in developing individualized behavior plans and conducting functional behavior assessments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
