Responsibilities:

•Provide primary care services to patients in a home health setting

•See a minimum of 6 patients per day

Requirements:

•Current RN and NP licensure in Tennessee

•BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification

•Board Certified by AANP, ANCC, or AACCN

•Home care, outpatient, or urgent care background preferred
