We are in the process of recruiting a Part time- 3 days a week in office, Paralegal for our Private Equity team in Miami, Florida. In this role, the Paralegal will be instrumental in assisting with the documentation and closing processes for a significant asset sale project. The position offers a short term contract employment opportunity and involves coordinating with brokers and buyers, handling commercial real estate transactions, and managing transactional sales and acquisitions. If prefers full time instead of part time, please still apply.


Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and organization of documentation for asset sales.

• Facilitate and manage commercial real estate transactions.

• Coordinate details with brokers and buyers for successful execution of sales.

• Oversee transactional sales and acquisitions, ensuring all legal aspects are handled appropriately.

• Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between all parties involved in transactions.

• Manage and maintain accurate records of all transactions and related documents.

• Play a key role in content acquisition processes and transactional matters.

• Ensure all processes are carried out in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Handle any additional related tasks as required by the team.

• Candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of a Paralegal, preferably within the Private Equity industry.


• Exceptional communication skills are required, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex legal concepts to various stakeholders.


• Experience in Commercial Real Estate is highly desirable, as the role involves dealing with various real estate-related legal matters.


• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Real Estate laws, procedures, and transactions are necessary to perform the role successfully.


• Familiarity with the nuances of Commercial Real Estate is essential, as the role may require executing and interpreting commercial property deals.


• Proficiency in Acquisitions as the role involves dealing with the legal aspects of content procurement and licensing.


• Demonstrated experience in handling Transactional Matters is key, as the role involves managing and overseeing various legal transactions within the organization.
