LHH has partnered with an awesome company in the hospitality space located in Washington, DC to identify a Payroll Associate This is an instrumental role within the accounting department and will have the opportunity to learn and grow along the way

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review timesheets from 150+ employees and communicate with employees to resolve discrepancies.

  • Enter deductions and make adjustments as needed.

  • Upload timesheets to the system and send payroll reports to corporate for processing.

  • Work with corporate and employees on correcting payroll errors and ensuring proper pay is issued in a timely manner.

  • Perform payroll reconciliations and escalate imbalances to management.

  • Maintain familiarity with local payroll laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of payroll experience.

  • Experience working within ERP systems.



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
