Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary: Seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead and supervise a team of engineers in the design, development, and analysis of various electronic systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field with a minimum of 5 years of experience

  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance

  • Proficiency in digital hardware design, interfaces, and architectures

  • Understanding of project/task management and technical estimating

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience leading customer-funded programs and IRAD

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, modify, and analyze various electronics systems

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in existing products or systems; make modifications as needed

  • Compile and evaluate design and test data; recommend design approaches

  • Supervise a team of engineers ensuring timely completion within budget

  • Manage budget, cost, and schedule input for design assignments

  • Drive program design to cost and manufacture requirements

  • Participate in proposal preparation

  • Attend engineering, customer, or business meetings as required



Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year
