Looking for a new role in education? ProCare Therapy is excited to partner with a wonderful school district in Salem, MA. We are in search of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2024-2025 school year

Job Description:
  • A school based RBT is responsible for:
    • Implement behavior intervention plans
    • Collect and analyze data
    • Provide behavioral support
    • Assist with classroom management
    • Collaborate with staff
    • Communicate with parents
    • Support skill development
    • Manage crises
    • Engage in professional development
    • Document progress
    • Adhere to ethical standards
  • We will connect you directly with our partnered school districts to discuss the position that is the best fit for you

Requirements:
  • RBT Certification: Must be a Registered Behavior Technician, with certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Interview Process:
  • (10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
  • (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview
