We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will work with students, teachers, and families to provide comprehensive mental health services and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop and implement behavioral plans
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school-based setting
- Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and MTSS-B system
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and build strong relationships with students, families, and school staff
