Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Pay Range: $66,560 - $72,800 annually

Job Overview:
Premier personal injury law firm, is seeking a skilled and organized Case Manager to oversee the management of personal injury cases from intake through settlement. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury law, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to interact with clients, medical providers, and the legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Case Management: Manage a high volume of personal injury cases, ensuring each case is progressing efficiently and effectively from intake to resolution.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about the status of their case, upcoming deadlines, and any necessary actions they need to take.
• Document Preparation & Review: Collect and organize all case-related documents, including medical records, police reports, insurance information, and legal filings.
• Medical Coordination: Communicate with medical providers to obtain records and bills, and coordinate medical treatment for clients as needed.
• Settlement Negotiations: Assist attorneys in preparing settlement demands, negotiating with insurance companies, and coordinating the resolution of medical liens.
• Case Strategy: Work closely with attorneys to develop case strategies, ensuring all details and documentation are prepared for potential trial or settlement.
• Data Entry & File Maintenance: Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in the firm’s case management software, ensuring deadlines and key dates are tracked.
• Client Support: Provide compassionate guidance and support to clients who have experienced traumatic injuries, addressing any questions or concerns they may have throughout the case process.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a case manager, paralegal, or legal assistant in a personal injury law firm.
• Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of personal injury law, including claims processes, medical terminology, and insurance procedures.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with legal case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data entry.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically, identify issues, and propose solutions to ensure case progression and positive client outcomes.
• Client Focus: Strong empathy and customer service skills to provide personalized support to clients dealing with challenging circumstances.
• Familiarity with medical records and terminology.
