We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to support the payroll process and ensure employees receive their pay accurately and on time. This role involves assisting with payroll preparation, data entry, and addressing employee inquiries related to payroll.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain employee information in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay.
Assist with processing payroll, including time tracking and supervisor approvals.
Respond to employee questions about payroll, tax withholdings, and time-off balances.
Generate and distribute payroll reports as needed.
Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance to ensure accurate data transfer and resolve payroll issues.

Qualifications
Associate’s degree required in accounting or business administration preferred.
1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
Familiarity with federal and state payroll regulations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
