Michigan Full Time Speech Language Pathologist - Fully Remote

We are currently assisting a K-12 school district in Michigan fill their fully remote Speech Language Pathologist Position. Please see further details and how to apply to this fully remote position below:

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment Excellence: Asses students speech and determine their educational and communitive needs.
  • Safe Space: Develop a personalized, safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments for students on caseload.
  • Academic Achievement: Promote student motivation and engagement by planning activities and implementing lesson plans to each students abilities.
  • Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor students' progress and adjust instruction and lesson plans as necessary.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate closely with school teams, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessment and evaluation results.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in Speech Language Pathology.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Active Michigan Speech Language Pathologist Licensure (SLP-CCC).
  • Experience Matters: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, with expertise in IEPs, tracking student progress, and assessing students skills and learning requirements.
  • Passion for Helping Others: Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping students overcome behavioral and academic challenges.
  • Tech Savvy: Be comfortable working remotely and have access to reliable internet and necessary computer equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
