Shape Positive Behavioral Outcomes for K-2 Students in a Supportive Environment
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with a K-2 caseload in Springfield, Vermont. This full-time position is an immediate need, providing a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young learners' lives.
Job Details:- Location: Springfield, VT
- Grade Level: K-2
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Start Date: ASAP
- Behavior Analyst Board Certification (BCBA).
- Masters degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience as a special education teacher is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs.
- Provide direct support to students, teachers, and staff to promote positive behaviors.
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop strategies for student success.
- Train school staff on behavior management techniques and interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting as needed.
- Hourly Pay: $38+ (Varies based on experience)
