About the Role

Pathlight Group seeks a highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Lead Clinician supporting adults in residential group homes across Western Massachusetts.

This role involves developing and implementing behavior plans, programs, assessments, and data analysis to ensure reliability between written plans and observed staff behavior. You will also prepare and present reports to funding bodies, internal agency stakeholders, and regulatory authorities as needed.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Clinical Services and supervise a Behavior Specialist.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A PBS Qualified Clinician with current licensure in Massachusetts, meeting one of the following criteria:
  • A psychologist.
  • An independent clinical social worker.
  • An applied behavior analyst.
  • A master's or doctorate-level speech pathologist.
  • A physician.
  • A master's or doctorate-level teacher with a certification in special education.
  • A licensed mental health counselor (LMHC); or be a doctorate-level special education teacher actively teaching positive behavior support or applied behavior analysis at the college or university level.
  • At least three years of training, including postgraduate coursework or formal training, and/or experience in function-based behavioral assessment and treatment.
  • Three years of clinical experience in treating individuals with developmental disabilities.

Please note that a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record history, a reliable vehicle, and two professional references are required.

Work Details

Your office will be located in Springfield, MA, with mileage reimbursement for travel to program sites. A competitive salary based on experience is offered, ranging from $66,726.40 to $72,196.80 per year. Additionally, there is a hiring and retention bonus available to our clinical staff.

Full-time hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility to accommodate program needs, which may include evenings and weekends. Remote work options are also available.
