Job Description

Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. (NCYF) has a full-time opening for a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our Residential Services clinical team.

The primary role of this position is to support the development and implementation of behavioral supports for clients with social, emotional, and behavioral health needs.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This role will function as a specialist whose expertise will increase the capacity of all team members to effectively provide behavioral support to clients.

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses when appropriate.
  • Develop and implement assessment tools and behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
  • Provide ongoing support and training workshops to direct support professionals and other individuals in support roles.
  • Maintain all data, paperwork, and communication between personal care staff and families.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis; Psychology; Human Services; or Special Education and be certified as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Candidates must undergo EEC screening including CORI and DCF checks.
