Location: 3/5 days in office / Travel (Nationally and internationally)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and exceed quarterly sales targets: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and surpass ambitious revenue goals for the organization.

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan: Work on identifying high-value sales opportunities, expanding the customer base, and ensuring long-term customer retention.

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador: Instill confidence, loyalty, and trust in the company brand by consistently providing high-touch service to clients.

  • Lead the sales process: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring that client needs are met with premium, differentiated solutions.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with high and ultra high-net-worth clients, corporations, and travel agencies to generate new business.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure that sales strategies align with overall business objectives.

  • Stay informed about market trends: Keep a finger on the pulse of the travel industry, ensuring a competitive edge by offering updated, innovative travel solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Leadership: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales within the travel sector.

  • Book of Business: A well-established portfolio of travel industry contacts, including high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and corporations.

  • Communication & Influence Skills: Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels, including executive and C-suite.

  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to manage and drive the sales process from strategic planning through to closing.

  • Client-Centric Approach: Expertise in developing client-focused, tailored, and achievable solutions in a premium travel context.

  • Multilingual Abilities: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

  • Luxury travel Knowledge: A deep understanding of the most sought after events, global travel destinations and their associated activities and cultural offerings.

  • Authorization to Work: Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

  • Consultative Travel Expertise: Demonstrated experience providing expert service in luxury and high-end travel.

  • Financial Acumen: Strong budget and revenue management skills with a history of achieving financial targets.

  • Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to maintain positivity and composure in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Strong Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.

  • Team-Oriented Approach: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to team success, with a sense of fun in the role.

  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

  • Travel Commitment: Regular domestic and international travel required.

Measures of Performance:

  • Sales Targets: Achievement of quarterly sales quotas.

  • Budget Adherence: Operating within the given budget while meeting and exceeding revenue goals.

  • Deadlines: Ability to meet or exceed timelines for all sales-related initiatives.
