Sales Director

The Sales Director in Project Logistics will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for sales operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share in the logistics sector. Leveraging insights into market trends and competitive analysis, this leader will establish data-driven sales strategies and foster a high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the project logistics industry, aligned with company objectives, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Performance Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed operational and financial reports, analysing key metrics to monitor progress against sales goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Sales Team Leadership and Development: Lead the recruitment, development, and career progression of the sales team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in skills and performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate cross-selling and joint initiatives with other departments, optimizing customer solutions and maximizing profitability through integrated service offerings.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience: 5+ years in sales leadership, with at least 3+ years at the director level in the project logistics industry.
- Skills: Proven leadership in sales strategy development, strong analytical abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills to inspire and align teams with the organization’s objectives.
