Executive Assistant to Chief Officer  - Global tech firm

A global company is hiring for an experienced, dedicated Executive Assistant to support one of their esteemed C-Suite Executives. The ideal candidate can multitask, prioritize, demonstrate exceptional organization, and take ownership over given assignments. This EA should thrive in a mission-driven culture, supporting collaboration and thinking outside the box. No task is too big or small mentality is required.


Salary commensurate with experience: $100-120k base  + discretionary bonus + 401k with match, profit sharing, health/dental/vision and unlimited PTO

Location:  Greenwich, CT (walkable from Greenwich train station)


Onsite Monday – Friday, but can expect some flexibility to work remotely when exec is traveling

 

Hours: 8am-5pm, with flexibility

Responsibilities include:
• Provide executive support by acting as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal & external stakeholders 
• Own heavy Outlook calendar management, resolve any conflicts in scheduling of appointments, and orchestrate meetings with employees and external contacts 
• Problem-solve and make judgment calls on priorities based on other calendars, projects, customer meetings, stakeholders, interviews, etc. 
• Become familiar with organizational policies and procedures
• Manage and reconcile monthly expense reports
• Arrange business travel, including air & ground transportation, lodging, dining reservations 
• Arrange ad-hoc events as needed

• Support multiple departments on special projects and assist with administrative related tasks
• Collaborate with other executive assistants

Qualifications: 
• 5-7+ years Executive/Admin Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment; bachelor’s degree preferred 
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills 
• Demonstrate trust and understanding of confidentiality
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Display an ability to adapt well to changing plans and priorities in an ever-evolving firm 
• Have experience managing several busy calendars and knowledge of Google GSuite and Microsoft Office Suite
