Junior Sales Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading safety supply company to a hire a Junior Sales Representative to join their team and contribute to their growth by promoting a range of innovative safety and efficiency products for industrial facilities.
Position Details:
- Location: Onsite in Beaverton, OR 97008 (Parking provided)
- Duration: Temp-to-hire or direct hire
- Dress Code: Casual
- Timeline: Immediate start
- Hours: Monday to Friday, East Coast hours
- Initial training period (0-3 months): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Training with Sales Manager: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (100% in-office)
- Starting pay: $25 - $30 per hour, with potential for spot bonuses or commissions
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to warm leads to sell their products, including visual safety products, label printers, personal protective equipment (PPE), and lean supplies. This Beaverton based company prioritizes quality interactions over quantity, and you will receive training to help develop effective sales strategies.
Training Path:
- First 0-3 Months: Start as a Customer Service Representative to learn our products and customer interactions
- Transition to Sales: After 4-6 weeks, you will begin working with warm leads and undergo sales training with the Sales Manager.
- Territory Assignment: Once you complete training, you will receive your own territory, typically within 3-12 months, depending on your progress.
- Experience: 3-5+ years in sales or customer service preferred; open to candidates at various experience levels, including those new to sales with a strong drive to succeed
- Sales Background: Previous experience selling products is a plus
- Skills: Strong communication, customer orientation, relationship building, personal motivation, and teamwork
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
