Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity located near Oak Brook, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide clear and concise information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage order fulfillment and shipping.
- Address order-related inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and data.
- Update customer accounts and resolve billing disputes.
- Provide account-related assistance and support.
- Stay up-to-date on product information and features.
- Understand product specifications and pricing.
- Answer customer questions about products and services.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant customer service software and tools.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Job Details:
- Contract to Hire
- Monday-Friday, 100% onsite
- Pay is $18-$23 an hour, depending on experience
