We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist for our operations division who is fluent in Spanish and English. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our team by handling all HR-related duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employee management. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strategic mindset, who is looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best employees.
3. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
7. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
8. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Proven working experience of 5+ years as an HR Generalist or similar role.
2. People-oriented and results-driven.
3. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
5. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
6. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
8. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
9. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
10. Proficiency in SHRM, Employee Relations, Compensation, 401K, ADP, or equivalent.
