Job Title: Junior Training Specialist

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – Onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at 2301 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST preferred; hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST)
Contract Duration: 24 months (Temp-to-Perm opportunity based on performance)

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred (any concentration).

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training/coaching within a CSR call-center environment.

    • Familiarity with Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems.

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating and interpreting performance reports.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.

    • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in designing dashboards and providing performance analysis.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in CSR training or coaching.

  • Ability to mentor and support skill development in a fast-paced call center.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Training Specialist to join our team, supporting customer care and billing operations located in Philadelphia, PA. This role focuses on training and coaching customer service representatives (CSRs) to improve performance, reviewing metrics, and creating actionable reports. The ideal candidate will be adept at using performance data to design effective training programs and will collaborate with leadership to enhance customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and coach CSRs on the Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) platform to improve performance and enhance customer experience.

  • Analyze CSR performance reports, create dashboards, and develop insights to inform training strategies.

  • Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and implement targeted coaching plans.

  • Maintain and interpret Excel reports to track performance metrics and share updates with management.

  • Support the development of training materials and ensure alignment with company standards.

  • Monitor CSR call center performance and provide actionable solutions during team briefings and meetings.

Additional Information

  • This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence three days per week. Candidates must live within commuting distance of the Philadelphia office.

  • No mileage, travel, or parking reimbursement is provided.

  • Interviews will be conducted via MS Teams or onsite, with a quick decision-making process.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $39.00 per hour
