Job DescriptionJob Description
  • User Onboarding & Offboarding: Set up and terminate user accounts efficiently, ensuring proper access control and permissions across various systems.
  • User Account Management: Manage and maintain user accounts across multiple platforms, including Active Directory, iOS, Android, Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and other relevant systems.
  • IT Equipment Inventory & Distribution: Oversee the management of IT accessory equipment, ensuring proper inventory tracking and timely distribution of devices (phones, laptops, printers, etc.).
  • Device Setup & Assignment: Configure, install, and assign various devices to users, including computers, mobile devices, printers, and other office equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to these devices.
  • Help Desk Support: Provide daily technical support by responding to helpdesk tickets and requests. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PC repairs, printers, cell phones, servers, networks, and other IT systems.


  • Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Strong proficiency in managing user accounts on platforms such as Active Directory, Office 365, iOS, Android, and Microsoft Intune
  • Hands-on experience with device setup and troubleshooting (PCs, printers, phones, etc.)
  • Familiarity with system administration tools and monitoring (Barracuda, Exchange, VPN, Palo Alto Firewalls, antivirus, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
